Refund and Returns Policy

Incorrect Address or Addressee

If an incorrect address or addressee is provided, and the package is returned to us, we will issue a refund minus the shipping fee and a $55 administration charge.


Policy Overview

Our Refund and Returns Policy includes the following:

  • Full Refunds: You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return if you change your mind. Products must be unopened and in their original sealed packaging. Refunds are also provided for orders lost during shipping.
  • Faulty Goods: If your order arrives damaged or faulty, notify us immediately. Eligible cases will be resolved with a replacement, store credit, or refund.
  • Shipping Costs: Refunds are based on the lowest-cost shipping method. For premium shipping options, only partial shipping refunds apply.

Full Refunds and Change of Mind

If you decide to cancel or return your order:

  1. Within 14 Days: Notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have an additional 14 days to return the product, provided it is unopened and in its original condition. Return shipping is your responsibility.
  2. Before Shipping: If your order hasn’t been shipped, you can cancel it for a full refund.
  3. After Shipment: If the order has already shipped but hasn’t arrived yet, wait to receive it, then return it unopened and sealed.
  4. Important: Do not return the product directly to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may apply in the following cases:

  • Products returned in a damaged or incomplete state (not caused by us).
  • Returns made more than 30 days after delivery.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your order arrives with a defect or damage:

  1. Immediate Reporting: Contact us as soon as possible to resolve the issue.
  2. Developed Faults: If a fault develops within 14 days of use, notify us immediately.
  3. Return Process: For confirmed faults, we’ll provide a free return shipping label (no printer required).
  4. Inspection and Outcome: After inspecting the returned item, we will either send a replacement or issue a refund. If no fault is found, the product will be returned to you.

Note: Products damaged due to user error are not eligible for refunds or replacements.


Items Not Eligible for Refunds or Exchanges

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food)
  • Personal or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids
  • Gift cards, downloadable software, and certain health/personal care items

This policy is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
